hello- i have a blackberry curve 8320 with t mobile. let me explain the issue that i am facing-

i use thunderbird for my corporate emails. so i send & receive corporate emails via thunderbird. this corporate email is set up as a bes account in my bb. when i send an email via thurnderbird-
i see the mail in the sent items folder in thunderbird
i see tha mail in the sent items folder in owa (web mail access of my corporate emai)
but DONT see that in bb
but the other way round is working ie when i send an email using the corporate email id from the bb
i see the mail as sent in bb
i see the mail in the sent items folder in owa
i see the mail in the sent items folder in thunderbird
can you please let me know why this is happening? please let me know if you need more information.

The issue is you are using Thunderbird to access your Exchange mailbox via IMAP. If you use Outlook to access your Exchange mailbox using native protocol it would work perfectly.

The BB doesn't support Thunderbird.
