First off, I'm new to the forums and to Blackberrys. From the posts I've read everyone seems really helpful, so I'm hoping I can get some assistance with this problem.

A user is having trouble syncing her Blackberry with the desktop software. I tried it myself a few times, and it is stopping in the same place before the "application has to close" message pops up and the program shuts down. It is record 2877 of the calendar (yes, she has a lot of entries). I dumped the resulting log into Excel and, sure enough, the entries stop at line 2876. So, I'm guessing that if I find that entry and delete it things will go back to normal. This is where I'm having a problem. I was happy to see that there were 3 entries that I could look for. I assumed that they would be in order, and I could just find the one after the PGRT entry and delete it. However, this isn't following chronological order as far as I can tell. The "Amanda out" entry is from 2/12/2007 to 2/14/2007. The "gaslight event" was on 9/14/2007 and the "PGRT Program Cte @ 3:30" was on 8/20/2007. Does anyone know of a way I can fix this?
