Hi

I've read that bbsmart doesn't support the bold (and i got the same answer when i emailed support).

Is there a way to get the full version on the bold though? I had the full version on the 8700, i hit the switch device button on DM and now i cant register it on the bold. The reason i ask is bbsmart would display emails cleaner and displays pictures held on different servers. Now with the embedded html viewer on the bold it doesnt let me view pictures (most of the time) in the emails

Not sure.. their bold support is pretty lacking these days. I have been waiting since September for them to get Alarms Pro working on the Bold.

I agree....... I told them I would like a refund, since it is not working on the Bold, but it worked fine on my Curve. I bought it a month before the BOLD came out, and it was working on my Curve. My Curve went pew, pew..... So I was eligible for the upgrade so I got the BOLD and ask to have BBSmart Alarm Pro transferred. They told me the BOLD is not Supported and no to a refund... They began to tell me "I will get an email when it is updated/ supported." I said woow, GREAT customer service (NOT)..........

see thats the thing though, even though they said bbsmart is not supported with the bold it still worked, and worked well, it stinks that i dont have it anymore cause the native bb email viewer is horrible imo

I e maild bbsmart because I paid $29.99 for the software for my bb8820 and I wanted to transfare it to my bold,
there answer was that bbsmart will not suport the bold because the netive e mail of the bold is htlm.
