While I agree with the comments (and with replacing the dead weight), it is interesting that the CMO and COO are not being replaced... I guess you have to have a CFO

Cleaning the place up and putting a fresh coat of paint on it.

Well their marketing is all wrong. They are not following the marketing equation and they are not talking about why the BB is different and better.
