Hey Guys,

Has anyone gotten this? MDS with internal websites have been working perfectly. Last week we had some DNS issues and some sites will now no longer load on the Blackberry? I checked the URL on a desktop and it's working properly.

I have checked all the MDS settings, ran the /flushDNS command and no luck.

Anything I might be overlooking?

are dns settings the same on a desktop and the bes? what if you check a url on the BES?

After working with T-Support for an hour and trying a few other things .. delete the IPP book .. resend, examine logs the solution is this:

Tools / Advanced / Browser

I had the Internet Browser as the default and it's supposed to resolve MDS requests but obviously it's not .. this would apply to any device with 4.2 OS. Change the default to Blackberry Browser and no issues.

T-Support is alerting the DEV team so hopefully the next OS fixes this behavior.
