In south central PA and experiencing problems. No BES or BIS mail and no browser. Anybody else experiencing problems? I have reset the handheld twice and no change. Everything was fine an hour or so earlier.

I just received a message sent from my BIS account (gmail) to the BES account on my desktop. Message was sent 5-7 minutes ago. Nothing on the handheld. It appears to be erratic in nature...

UPDATE-Just received BES mail, to include test message from G-Mail account. Testing in reverse now (BES to BIS) to see if that has changed.

UPDATE #2-Received message on handheld sent from BES to BIS account in 6 minutes. I am used to faster for gmail. Still no browser. Performing one more reset to see if there is a change...

UPDATE #3-As of 1:48 pm, I have my browser back. Everything appears to be working but sluggish.

I haven't received any emails since mid afternoon. VZW in DC.

Data is working fine, otherwise.

Default BIS is still out in DC Metro Area

I've had a ticket open since Friday. Tech support at Verizon says it is an RIM Service Book issue and that they have no prediction on when it will be resolved.

BES mail works fine, but BIS is down hard. It will forward all unread messages to to your BB when it comes back up.
