Here's the update guys.

I've finally succeeded in installing it.

Initially the biggest crap was Windows Vista. I tried it on Vista 64 and 32 and it actually failed.

Then I moved to XP and it left me right in the middle of the process with error 502 on screen. I tried several combinations but now the device was restarting as soon as my xp pc was recognizing it. VERY wierd. Then I left things and went out for a couple of hours so that I can think different next time i come back.

Then I found this thread that told me to load the apploader with
apploader.exe /nojvm
command and it worked wonders for me. I did not try it on the XP machine though, I rather moved to a Windows 7 32bit machine and it worked wonders. The same app loader wizard smoothly installed the OS and I was through.

How did you do it, by using the Run command?

hi.. i've already download the .328 for strom 9530 verizon, but my device still running out memory and it can't through the 10mb memory and become 0.0kb. O ya, and i still have to pull out the battery? what's wrong with the device? is it system error or device error? Thanks
