i get that error msg from time to time. just close the apps and try to connect again. somehow, i notice whenever i get this kind of msg, it is because i have some other IMs trying to log in at the same time.

My rambler freezes alot and won't let me see what people say.

Does anyone know if I clear the convo every now and then if this will help?

Like if I talk to someone for a while, then go to the buddy list it takes forever, like 2 or 3 minutes to load the convo again.

Unhappy

Using...
Blackberry 7250
OS 4.1
Ramble 0.9.10.8
On a BES server

For a while I've been using Ramble IM perfectly fine, but recently the company installed a proxy server and now I am no longer able to connect (though my internet browser still works). I have the proxy server address/port, is there anywhere I can set this (be it in general blackberry options or within Ramble itself)? Or any other solutions to this problem and I'd be greatful.

Clearing the convo cures the lag. I've had that problem since day one.
