On July 9, 2010 phone was able to upgrade for full discount, web site showed phone, voice and data plan prices at signifigantely reduced rate.

Price was $199.99 w/ 2 year plan.

Now it says October 9, 2010 I can upgrade and the Torch price is now $560!!!!

Enjoy everyone, I have to wait till October now.

I did call CS.

They said yes, they can see it was up for early upgrade on July 9, 2010.
That expired on Aug. 9th.

Now i have to wait till October.

If they had released it sooner, I'd be rockin a Torch now.

Store was able to do an "exception" and I got it for $199 plus $18 upgrade device fee.

Keep all my premier discounts on voice and data plans.

Now it figure out how to use it!
