okay, i dont want to sound like an idiot but I cannot change the notification tone for voice mail on BB 8820. Under advanced profiles, "PHONE" and "MESSAGES" I have attempted without sucess. Can anyone help?

The tone that you use for SMS will be the same one applied for the Voice Mail. Silly I know, but it cannot be changed at this time.

UNLESS you change the notification for SMS. Right?
