Default bb tour keyboard blacklight not working

Please Login to Remove!

When I restart my bb the backlight will on but afta loading finish it will off immediately...pls dis a fault or the setting...

Am sorry for that.my bb tour keyboard light on only when I restart the phone but turn off immediately the phone finish loading.I have downloaded bblight but all in vain.please is that the bb is faulty or is the settings

Depending on the software version you have installed there may be a setting under "keyboard" for the backlight. Most likely the keyboard backlight is being controlled by the ambient light sensor. There's always a chance that reloading your device software via Desktop Manager will sort out your problem, but it sounds more like that's just the way it's supposed to work. Or else it's a hardware fault.

Mine is bb tour verizon..does it means that there are bb that does not come with keyboard backlight.if it is need software reloading or hardware that means I need an engineer.

All BlackBerry keyboards are backlit. Your device is damaged and should be replaced.
