I've been trying to email a small .3gp video to my phone. The only problem is I don't have the option to download the attachments. Is there any other format that will allow me to save it?

I am having a similar problem. I want to download a .txt file to my phone so that I can edit it in bbnotepad. I can't seem to find a way to download the txt attachment from my emails... Am I missing a little detail or is the only practical way to save a text file to my phone is by connecting it to my PC (USB)?
