I just installed DM latest software from official website and after installation I only can see the Welcome page of software.

The device seems to be connected as i can see my files from media card of BB and my pin number but not sure why i can't do anything on software beside welcome page! no buttons to click too

Did you try reinstalling dm?

Just an idea, something to try:

If you selected the roxio media manager when you installed, do an unintall, and then when reinstalling, do not select media manager or media sync. See if that makes a difference.

When you installed DMFM did you uninstall ALL 3rd party sync software first, empty trash and clear the cache? If not you will have problems. If so, then just delete user/username/library/application support/Blackberrydesktop folder and try again.

Does your mac boot with the x64 kernel? Its a known issue with desktop manager that it will not find the BB if you dont boot with the normal x32 kernel.
