Please Login to Remove!

Ok are Level 1 messages voicemail?? I have a ringtone assigned to Level 1 messages and a separate one assigned to SMS messages but no matter what type of message I get it only plays the SMS ringtone. How do I fix that?? IS it possible??

Level 1 is not voice mail, it can be any contact you want to make the Level 1, or your PIN messages.

You voicemail notification is a type of SMS sent by your carrier. It will be whatever you set your SMS to be.

Via filters. Though it's email only (can't designate a number as Level 1). On BIS you need to do it through your carrier's BIS site. For BES, filters can be set up on the BB itself or via Desktop Manager.

BIS is "BlackBerry Internet Service" which is an email service provided by your carrier.

BES is "BlackBerry Enterprise Server" which is an email service provided by a company server (often run by a large or medium sized company)
