Default storm busy signal issue

Please Login to Remove!

i have a blackberry storm. my provider is with Fido, the phone is with Telus. i connected my sim card and eveything was working perfectly. I called fido and got a data package hooked up and it worked fine for roughly an hour. I now get a busy signal and no data is coming in. I hooked my sim up to another phone and it worked fine. Do i need to get this telus phone unlocked? Is there a setting i need to change?

Your post is a bit confusing. The device is Telus branded but you use it on Fido? Correct?

You had a Fido SIM and it worked perfectly, then you added Fido data and it worked for about an hour and now it doesn't work? Is that correct? By worked, do you mean voice and data?

the hardware brand is telus. My sim is fido. my provider is fido. Data and voice worked once i added a data plan, then an hour later I was only getting a busy signal. i tried removing the battery and wiping the phone, but nothing worked.

Is it unlocked? If not, you will need to contact a firm that does that - Horizon Wireless Online, one of the Forum sponsors is one I recommend.
