We have BES v5 and we have around 95 users managed via BES.

My question is: can i create a group in BB Mesenger and add all the users using BES server?

BBM groups are limited to 30 people max.

BES does not do much for BBM contacts.

the device PIN can be found when doing a remote user search, but the users have to accept the invites and make requests.

So what can i do in this case??? i want all my BB users in one group so they can communicate togather. is there any third party applications can do this???

95 in one group is not going to work well. i have some with 30 and they get real busy at time.

Maybe you should split them by dept and dept heads can be in one group and sub groups
