Default sync 2 blackberry devices

Please Login to Remove!

I have a T-mobile Pearl 8100 that I use as a PDA - no provider service.

Monday, I am getting a new verizon 8330 with phone/internet service.

I have been synchronizing my 8100 with outlook using the blackberry desktop manager.

When my 8330 arrives can I sync that as well as the 8100 using the same desktop manager to the same outlook on my pc? Will there be issues?

Thanks.

I"ve been sync'g a 81xx and a 8330 to the same calendar via the same Desktop manager for nearly 6 months and have had no problems, until I started sync'g multiple calendars to the same device.. but that does not sound like what you are doing, so you should be fine.

The DM on my W2K service pack 4 computer doesn't recognize my new vzw bb 8330. Actually the computer doesn't recognize the 8330 as a usb device. It tries to install a usb driver. I let the usb driver wizard search the web and when it finds one from microsoft, it gets a blue screen in the install process. Has anybody encountered this prob?

Background info:
DM is version 4.6.0.12
8330 is version 4.5.0.77(platform 3.2.051) (no sd card installed)
My pearl 8100(version 4.2.0.64(platform 2.2.0.37) connects and syncs fine.
The 8330, other than this connection problem, so far, seems to be working well.
side comment: I hope I could get used to the full keyboard. I do like the pearl Sure Type.

Using another computer at home (xp) with DM 4.6.0.12 I updated the 8330 last night with the 4.5.0.77 software.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
