Default Problems with the Blackberry Server Management Console 3.6

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone,

we have a BES running 3.6 for Exchange 5.5 with W2K as the operating system.

The Blackberry Server Management Console is no longer showing the Blackberry Server or its respective users although the service is still running.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

One more point, I attempted to reenter the Server as a "new" BES but the Server Management Console said that the name already exists.

That tells me the issue shouldn't be the Database. Go to "Edit MAPI Profile for" (Start-Programs-BES) and compare the BlackBerry Server and BlackBerry Server Management profiles. Are they the same Mailbox?

I assume there are no errors when you open the Management Console?

Hi,

thanks for the reply, I think we have found the problem but I am not sure how to fix it. If I do an export the server setup file shows the wrong Exchange Server. But, opening the edit mapi profile shows the correct server??
