Default Email Address not resolving with Lookup

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Everyone,

When using the Lookup function, it appears that the Email address is suddenly not resolving. The user cannot use the "email to" function when pressing the trackwheel on the lookup results. It is not available

Any clues?

Try deleting and undeleting the Desktop [CMIME] service book. This will force the BlackBerry to redo the SlowSync portion of Enterprise Activation.

Usually when this happens, your Blackberry is not in sync with your email source such as Outlook, try doing an Enterprise Activation.

Thanks for the input.

Maybe I did not describe the problem well enough. It was not only one device where the lookup email address resolution was not functioning, but all of them.

It appears that the active directory guys portaged a Domain Controller to some new hardware over the weekend and the BES was no longer able to access the appropriate group policies. After restarting the BES everything seemed to back in sync again and the lookup resolution is now fully functional.
