Please Login to Remove!
I've used BB8250 for a while!

But I got some problems today when I clicked the 'delete' button by mistake while it was playing the voicenote, so now it is stuck. What can I do with it?
I tried to turn off and turn on. But it didn't work.

Remove the battery for 30 seconds.

Don't apologize. Did the battery pull fix it? It usually fixes most odd problems and is the first thing to try, but many don't know that.

Hi Aimee, I'm new to BBF but I have had my BB for a year. Your going to find that pulling the battery will fix "most" of your problems. LOL
