Has this happened to anyone? I was talking to a friend, and just as we hung up, my screen turned black and shut off. I clicked the "hang up" button to turn it back on, but it was just odd that it just shut off randomly like that. Should I be worried or is this a regular thing or what? What could be the cause of this? Anyone know? Thanks in advance!

My dad's first 8220 Flip also restarted on multiple occasions before he got a new one. It would shut off while he was in the Media section, Address Book, whatever. I went on here to see if it was an ongoing problem that had already been reported and there were a few threads reporting the same issue that my dad was having. We ended up exchanging the phone for a new one through T-Mobile and now his phone works flawlessly.
