I used the crystal case on my 8830 and I was excited about the 360 case.

Unfortunately the fit is an issue for mine. I cannot get the two peices above the headset plug to stay secured for any length of time. it seems as if it's warped
I liked the brightness of the Tour keypad and didnt think how much the keyboard cover was going to effect it until I installed it.
Getting the device out of the holster is a bit challenging at first, as it didnt pivot back like the 8830's case/holster originally did, but it's getting better every day.

Due to the case halves not properly mating I'm always afraid that its going to completely come off and I'll drop my bare phone, I have asked for an RMA and have ordered the OtterBox defender.
Seidio has always been good about making things right and Im sure that after a mod or two this will be a really awesome case, I just need the protection now

OT, I know but:

What is the difference between the Innocase and Innocase II for the Tour? Will you be relasing a Crystal or Hybrid for the Tour. Had the Hybrid on my 8830 and loved it.....it didn't completely obscure the design cues of the 8830 and I'd like that same style for the Tour.

Thanks in advance.

Default Case Options

Will there ever be a case for the Tour that does not have the camera cutout on the back (for those of us with a cameraless Tour)? I don't want to leave that area exposed if I can avoid it.
