I never understood the usefulness of this app. Just give the old BB the three finger salute and it reboots nicely.

The three finger salute doesnt take all the time, it is hard to coordinate in all situations on the small keyboard. so having the application is handy and convenient, I use it, I am running version 5.0.0.419 and it works smoothly and well for me. Yes i have used the three finger salute and at times become frustrated when i am trying to reboot and I just dont hit it right and have to do it a second or third time for it to take, the app you just hit a button and you are on your merry way.

Has anyone using .591 had any luck using QuickPull? No luck here.

IMO, QuickPull has never been consistent enough to replace "the three finger salute". Additionally, QuickPull always took substantial time to execute a reboot.

As far as being able "to coordinate (the three finger salute) in all situations on the small keyboard", simply hold the ALT key down with your left thumb and then simultaneously hit the right CAPS and DEL keys with your right index and middle fingers -- works every time for me.

I do if I run it manually.
Per Steelthorn, they blame RIM.

Trying so hard to understand why anyone would install or pay for software that offers functionality that can be accomplished with the standard three finger salute...?!?!?!

alt + shift (aA) + del ...

Works every time and it's FREE!

Because when it works right, it restarts the device for me at night, right after a bunch of other programs have run updates.
Nothing like a nice, refreshed BB when you wake up!

Thank you for a common sense, to the point reason why we like QuickPull. You put your tired, overworked Blackberry to bed for the night and when you wake up she's as good as new, ready for another day in the trenches! Three finger, four finger or whatever finger salute I'm not interested in.

QuickPull free worked pefectly for me on 4.7, but I have not been able to get it to work on .591 at all. I finally gave up.

Definitely agree with paramedic233.

I had it set for 5:27 AM so when I woke up I had all the file free back and it was refreshed.
