Hi, after weeks of not being able to work out why I cant add preferred payment on my torch, we finally worked it tout there was Child Protection added by its previous owner. I got that removed, by contacting my Supplier. But still have cant add the Preferred Payment. I then did a factory reset, and that still removed the restrictions. Can anybody help me please? I am stuck and my supplier is useless.

More details on the process your using to add or change a payment method. Is this for Blackberry ID or some other application?

Ok, sorry, I go into Blackberry World, the My Account, the Prefered Payments. Its when I click on Prefered Payments, it goes nowhere.

I read recently that many folks need to have cellular data enabled in order to make Preferred Payments work.

As rambo47 indicated , do you have a blackberry data plan from your carrier?

Hi tsac, that link was really help full to me in everything apart from Channels, it presumes that the channels are there in the first place, and I cant get the channels to appear, its most frustrating.

I have a BB pack, and still I cant access the Payment schemes. :(
