I'm on .266 and I can't filter SMS messages. I've done a manual search and NOTHING comes up, I've also used the preconfigured Alt+S for the shortcut that has ALWAYS worked.

Any ideas? Not even MANUAL searches of ONLY sms' work :(.

Hi, this is working fine for me... alt_s gives me an almost instant listing of all SMS messages - cool! Not seen this before now...

What happens if you manually view the SMS Inbox - do you have anything there?

I have also tried a search for text which I know was included in many SMS messages, and this come up in the results window as expected.


Not sure how this helps you , but this is fine for me.

Like asteele said check if the View Folder > SMS Inbox/Outbox shows anything first.
