Can I transfer pictures taken on my blackberry pearl phone to a memory stick pro duo card? If so, how do I insert the memory stick to transfer?

just store the pics to your microsd and then put them on your PC. from pc, cut and paste it to your memory card.

Yes if you have a micro sd card you can put it in your BB.
