I have the 7100g. The mMode browser works fine, but the Blackberry browser won't load, although it used to about 2 months ago. The progress bar moves ever so slightly but it "times out" before the home page, or any other page, can load. Did I screw up settings? If so, how do I restore to default? If not, how do I test to see what the problem could be.

I'm having the same problem here. However here's the funny thing. The Blackberry browser WILL function when I'm tethered to my workstation, just not on it's own.

I've tried to resend the Internet Service book from the webclient to no avail.

Any ideas?

"Browser" is only for connecting through the internet via BES. If your don't have BES, or if your company doesn't support it, it will not work.

The other browser in the Applications folder is a direct connection that bypasses BES. That's why it often works when the other one doesn't
