I have this one bb bold coming from At&t BIS, I set up the BB to sync with our BES, now it gets an X when trying to send email. I tried resending the service book, desktop [sync] & desktop [cical], nothing works... Can someone help?
Open the message with the red X. Scroll up and what does it show next to status?

You said the unit is connected to a BES, does the user's AD account have your BB Service account added to the Security list? Make sure the 'Send As' attribute is checked.
