I had an 8700 on Tmobile for 3 years and recently bought an unlocked Rogers BOLD for Tmobile USA. It worked immediately and I've had no issues with it at all. I travel quite a bit and the bold has been perfect everywhere.
Note: I keep it on 3G+2G but I'm yet to find a 3G tmobile signal. And I travel a bit. But who cares... I've got a BOLD on t-mobile!
