I have learned that while Social Feeds is built into OS 6, there is also another beta app called News Feeds from BlackBerry. I was hoping that one of them would offer the flexibility of Viigo but I was sadly disappointed.

I think News Feeds tries to be more like Viigo - you can select from popular feeds, clear your cache, options beyond simple things. But both are very simple, which is fine for the most part.

But since OS 6 is a beast in terms of storage/memory relative to the resources availabe on our phones (I have a 9700), it's crucial that I find a way to get feeds selectively, not refresh all feeds at once (which seems to be the only option in both apps).

Does anyone know of a way to do this? Any idea if this is in the works?

Also, is there a place I can provide feedback which may get heard by the product development team?

If you still have your Viigo account name and password; you can import the feeds from there list.
