Its generaly better if you can, to set up personal email on the BIS page for your carrier, as you can create a username and password all in the same process.

Several problems with your post. First you posted in someone else's topic that is totally unrelated to your question. Second, posting your email address, imei code and asking someone to send you an unlock code is not real bright, sorry. Also it's not gonna happen.
