The only workaround is to download an earlier version from Blackberry.com. Who knows how much longer that will be around.

Google Maps is a good workaround, too.

Jibi posted yesterday that 4.5.0.43 was the latest CDMA beta being tested by RIM. However, I have no idea when that beta will be given out to partners for testing.
