Hi Guys,
I have a user here that cannot view her Outlook folders on her BB. When i go under Messages, View Folder i only see DESKTOP. No Outlook tree.

She has over 100 folder in Outlook and all are checked on the BES server to be viewed. The BB has never been connected to Desktop Manager.

How can i make the reapear. all my other users are ok.


She uses a Pearl.

If not, try reactivating the BB.
