Hi All,

I have a user who states when she reads messages on her blackberry they disappear in her outlook and then the msg is gone on the blackberry? Any idea what could cause this. We have wiped the device, I see no rules setup on the device or in outlook.

Check to see if you have Outlook set to "keep a copy of message on server", otherwise the BlackBerry will eliminate it from Outlook.

Check her BlackBerry to ensure messages are not set to "hide read messages".

The messages are showing up on the blackberry now but they are not in outlook. We have a BES server.. It only happens randomly, both internal and external msgs. We have no rules in outlook for her mailbox.

Any thoughts?
