I see there are already several themes out there for the 9500's. Aside from a few goofy things here and there (like no simulator), I'm able to construct a theme ok, but Plazmic always crashes when I try to export. Have any of you had encountered similar issues, and how did you resolve them?

started again from scratch, think i've narrowed it down to a font setting. will try to pinpoint later...

Yes I have found fonts and the images contained under the dialog screens seem to cause this crashing on export.

another VERY irritating thing is the fact that once you save a theme, I have the darndest time getting it to open again. Takes about 10 minutes or just doesn't work sometimes. Anyone having this happen?

ERRORS:
my reproducible errors center around the controls -- for example i can change some aspects on the controls tab, but not all of them. once i make changes to too many items, it will crash during export on the controls section.

also, some themes don't seem to fully export the application icons properly, especially in portrait mode.
