Default New Phone New User Lots of Questions

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
My 9000 is my first smartphone so no experience here. I've learned a lot from this forum already, just browsing around, but I can't seem to figure out how to load a plain text file (like Notepad) into the phone and read it there.
Is there a way to do this, or will I need to install some kind of app onto the phone?
Thanks in advance for any help.

There's an app called BBNotepad that will do what you're looking for.

Thanks to both of you for your timely replies.
I'm really getting into this thing. I guess you
really can teach an old dog new tricks.
Thanks again,

I'm a new user. I was unsuccessful when I tried to sync my blackberry address book with my mac computer. So I downloaded the desktop manager, restarted my computer and suddenly I was asked for a blackberry password. I had no chance to backup my info. Where do I find this password. I'm really bad the tech stuff so I sometimes make a mess of things. Can anyone help me?

Please do not post the same question mulitple times. Also you should not hijack someone else's thread. It's bad forum netiquette.
