BES for Exchange...

Those of us who've upgraded 3.6 to 4.1 also know that the users' downtime is extended because it needs to reactivate everyone after the BES services start. In my recollection, it was several hours before everyone of our 50 or so users had full service.

So, does that happen in 4.0 to 4.1?

Upgrade guide is mute, should I assume that there is no delay?

There isn't that extended delay like from 3.6. Much smoother upgrade; just gotta wait for the mailbox rescans to take place. I'd recommend performing a 2nd reboot about 10 minutes after you finish the upgrade; just for good measure.
