im a broke college student so i made one out of postal packing tape, some soap, water, and xacto knife. it was easy and free (i had all that already).
i constantly pull it out of my pocket and i hold up just like the screen protector i had on it before. the tape is thick but it still about the same thickness as a protector.

Got this one myself: Reusable Screen Protector for Blackberry Curve 8300

Ordered it from the company on ebay when I bought a hard case from them. Paid $1 more for the screen protector. It's not like the other ones (BSE, etc.) but you can barely tell its on there and protects against minor scratches.

BestSkinsEver have worked well for me...had to replace it after about a year and 6 months...pretty good I though...only thing I replaced was the protector over the display...the rest of the total body skin is still in good condition...

the one covering the screen was still good except it was rolling up on the top of the phone a little and I am ocd about that type of stuff.

I've used ScreenPatronus, Screen protector - the difference is amazing. for four years and swear by them, and their customer service. Nice people.

I think Patronus is what I have and I got several of them for next to nothing on Ebay.
I have a silicon skin that I bought on Ebay for a buck too, which I love! I'm really careful about keeping my phones in good shape and the Pearl is a bit slippery when naked.

I'm using both of the BestSkinsEver skin and an OEM rubber skin overtop.

Great combo for me, saves lots of scratching

I just got a BSE as well. I'm kind of on the fence about it. I had a Screen Patronus a while back as well and I think I may have liked it better. The glossy look at angles in the light is kind of bothering me.

I'll get used to it though. Both very nice.

I got the zagg one which has a lifetime guarantee if it breaks they'll send you a new one. Or so they say- its supposed to protect from all scratches - it was hard to put on though and expensive since you only get one if you mess up putting it on- its easy to get finger prints on the side against the phone when your trying to put it on and if it goes on wrong and you try to reapply it it will not come out good- BUT if you can get it on good its really nice!

My invisible shield has been gon for a year now. If it were not such a bear to put on I would have already ordered one for my fruit phone. I have been exceptionally happy with me i/s and will continue to use em.

Oh and part of my battery cover is protected by a 73 gb 10k ultra 320scsi sticker ;)
