Default No HTML Emails After Upgrade?

Please Login to Remove!

just go a replacement phone from t mob a curve 8320, put .69 straight to the unit and cant get the HTML emails the way they were on my old phone? Any suggestions?

Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Menu>Register Now. Then log into your carriers BIS page and resend the service books. Then go to options in your email settings and make sure "Enable HTML" is set to enabled.

Also, old emails will not show in html. Only new emails and only emails sent in html coding.

Hmm, odd but I do not see that option in mine as well. Same config as above.
there's nothing in the email settings that even mentions htms.

did you follow Jason's instructions? also, realize this will only work for BIS email. BES email would need a server upgrade first.

guys, i just had the same issue. if there you do not see the html option, you need to resend the service books and then it should show up. hope that helps!
