Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

I like the theme! Can't use it but it looks great! There are people here who might be willing to test themes for 8100 and 8800 for you! I know not ideal but it is a way to do it!

Again excellent work once I have my 8300 I'm lodin it

First i want to say, i love the theme!! Is there any way to get the part that is green more blue? I dont want to edit your work because it is really nice, but if i could get my background image to be more blue, it would more match with the background i use on my Vista laptop. Thanks again for your great work.

Edit -
I figured out a way to fix the problem, i changed my background on my Vista laptop but really if there is a way to get it all blue, that would be great.

Props to you man, that's a great job and as already mentioned, a quick turnaround, thanks!

One thing though, I'm not sure if I'm screwing something up, but when I change the font size in options, it doesn't change the font size in emails and the email list. Wasn't that bug resolved earlier?

Thanks again man!

Noticed a bug: When you bring up the Symbols screen while typing, (and some other time, I forgot when), part of the screen is cut off due to the (very beautiful) border being thicker than is standard. Any way to fix that?

Wow, this theme looks awesome. Great work. I'm a total noob to Blackberries (just got an 8300 a few days ago), so this might sound like a dumb question. Is there any way to get that theme besides OTA? Like downloading it to my computer and installing using the desktop manager software? I think it looks for something like .alx files, but noticed this was a .jad file. I only ask because I have only a very small amount of internet access on my phone and to get it OTA would possibly use up a lot of it. (will probably add more later, but since this is my first bb and won't use internet much, couldn't justify the extra $ for unlimited plans) But would love to try this theme out.

Thanks in advance!

By the way, I really appreciate everyone's input on this forum, it's helped me out a ton already! Thanks again!

The right side of the P of the symbol screen is still cut off for me. I'm on the zen 1.1.

Also it didn't "update" the theme. It installed a new one so I stilled had the version 1.0 on there. I don't know how but if there are more updates see if you can get it to be an upgrade to the existing one and not basically a new theme.

Yeah you're right, it still cuts off half of the % symbol. Sorry but i cannot reduce the border width without taking away the glass or the shadow.

And sorry about it not upgrading, this is my first and probably only theme.

Its not a border problem. Its a font problem. There have been 3 issues reported with your theme and basically they are all the same thing.
1. symbol screen cut off
2. % on loading app scrreen cut off
3. when change font type and or size in options that change is not reflected.

I believe #3 points to your real problem. Go to the options -> screen/keyboard screen and set your font size to like 13 or 14 so its huge. save it and exit that screen (back to options screen). Notice how that change is not reflected there? Its not reflected in the message list either yet when I open a msg I finally see the large size I set. Basically I think you have some issue with the "system" font and user defined fonts.

Copy the .jad file to your memory card. Open "Media" on your BB and select the menu button. In the menu list you will see "explore". Now find the .jad on the memory card and open it up. It will then bring up the download menu for you to install.

The first several lines of this thread cracked me up. Just in case anyone's interested. LOL

And if there's a thread for this; I, too, apologize for posting in the wrong area! LOL
