how i sync blackberry contacts to outlook without internet ?? can i do it or not ??

Install the Desktop Manager to your PC. From there, you may hook a wire from your device to your PC. Open the Desktop Manager and choose sync options.

i know that sir but if i,m not connected to internet impossible to sync i mean i need to sync in case i dont connected to internet

If your phone has a data connection, one option is to sync your contacts to google or yahoo depending on your blackberry Internet Service. Google also has a sync program as well. I don't know of a straight sync to outlook unless you are using your company's server (BES)
