Hello folks. My name is Ridley and well, I have a problem I've encountered. I work with a large company, one that utilizies blackberries everyday. Unfortunately, there is one aspect we have yet to really garner the full potential of the black berry on. We have an application, that let's users work remotely from home by generating a key. The app itself is excellent and everything works great, but as of right now, the distribution of this app is very tedious and overall a pain in the butt.

So here I am, looking to this forum full of experienced and knowledgable Blackberry users to help me figure out a way to speed up, stream line and make the whole app downloading process as quick and painless as possible. I need to make this change for our company, as a minor thing that will reflect hugely for me as an employee.

What system does the app utilize and what does it do? Does it run on the BB itself?

I should probably inform you I have zero experience with Blackberries. I am an iPhone user and will be getting a black berry soon. As I said, this was a challenge sent to me, so I am starting from scratch and challenging myself.

If you'd like to teach me, I'd love that. Any information and knowledge that can be passed on would be amazingly appreciated.
