What's the point to have seller or buyers protections even we follow all the guidelines they asked? I though the protection is like a insurance that paypal provides for its users like the insurance that AAA has its policy holders. It is total BS that "we can't recover the fund from the seller..."
Better use credit card to purchase anything now, even thru paypal. Paypal is useless POS in this kind of matter.
