Provision for New User. Wipe or Nuke?
Please Login to Remove!
Hi there,
we run 5 7100v's off a BES server in the UK (Vodafone). My users often require blackberry's to be provisioned for them.
If I provision the device without a Nuke or Wipe I find that that Previous users mail, calendar and contacts remain on the device?
I provision using the Handheld Config Tool after removing the old user and adding the new user to the Blackberry Manager (BES).
Am I doing it right or just missing a step?
Nuking and rebuilding is a real pain in the ass as I have to set theme, date/time, time zone, font etc etc and user settings. This takes rather alot of time from start to finish as I have to reload the applications via the Desktop Manager.
Any idea and advice would be greatly appreciated.

[update] it appears wipe is the best option for me at the moment - if anyone knows of a quicker way, that would be very helpful
