Well the ppl over at the boy genius report posted an article today confirming tmobile USA is still planning on a black Friday release of the 8900. I am on my iPod so I can't copy and paste the link, but it's on the main page down some. Boy Genius Report

Of course they are, 3 days after I decided to buy a Bold since it would be January before the 8900 was released!

Oh well, if that is what it takes to get the Javelin sooner I can deal with it!

I don't know if I am too tired to see this on the website or what, but I can't find it -- what is the date for Tmobile?

Wow! It looks like November is going to be a banner month for RIM! First, the Bold was finally released on AT&T. I might have upgraded to the Bold if it had been released in July, but now it looks like I have better options. The first one being the Blackberry Storm from Verizon, the first touch phone from RIM. There's rumors it could get released mid-November. And the second of course, being the Javelin. I am leaning right now towards the Storm, but if it is priced too high and the cost of voice and data plans with Verizon are more than what I pay with my current Curve on AT&T, I may just wait for the Javelin and get it instead. The Blackberry data plan with T-mo is less than AT&T and Verizon, so to save some $$ I might switch to T-mo.

But see this link to TMO's announcement of its holiday line-up: T-Mobile Announces Holiday Line-Up (Phone Scoop). I really want to believe there'll be a Jav this year but TMO isn't cooperating.
