I need help i cant send a text message,everytime i try a red x comes up i cant recieve either i need help.

I don't recall, but do you need to have text messaging enabled on your account with your carrier, Sprint?

ok, at Options > SMS, what do you have "Network to send over" set as?

i dont know for the states but if that happend in the UK i get on to the network to get a "message centre number" which is a universal number that is held by the network.

That happen to me last year and they had to reset the number for sms messages. Call and find out what number it should be.

what they said, your phone probably has the wrong message centre hence its all screwed up and not going to the right place, happened to me a few times.

I would call the carrier again, make sure you're talking to someone in data support, and make sure your account is provisioned for SMS. You'd be amazed how many times that gets overlooked.
