Hello,

Can anyone on O2 UK try something for me? Whenever I go into setup, click O2 and request O2 settings it sends me a text saying 2020 error - contact O2 - does this happen with you.

Specifically interested in anyone not using official O2 software version.

Im on o2 running 4.6.0.210. I receive a message saying. 'unfortunately we had problems dealing with your request for settings. Please contact CS'

This is actually nothing to worry about it is sim card setting for standard phones not BB ie o2 active etc.

What settings do you require?

Not after any particular settings, just clicked on it whilst playing with the phone and wondered why I had the error - if its common I'm not bothered

wait what? how are u running 4.6.0.210
i thought 4.6.0.190 was the latest... which is what im running

but yeah when i tried to ask for settings it gives me the same answer, but i dont get what difference it makes
