I have tried to install Verichat for my 7100t twice. Both times it has taken the BBToday program off my phone upon install...Any one have any ideas?

Make sure you re-check the BBToday application in the desktop manager when you install VeriChat. Sometimes it doesn't check installed applications, and so they get uninstalled when you go through the process.
