Does anyone know what the secret is to how long the LED flashes red after a new message or voice mail is received?
Seems like it flashes red for awhile, then stops.

I believe it just flashes until you acknowledge the notice about the missed call/SMS/Voice mail etc.

somewhere between 10 and 20 minutes. Then it stops. I've never timed it.

That's what I thought and that would make sense. But it does just seem to go for 10-15 minutes or so, then stop. Not sure I understand why that is.

Yes, that's how it works. It flashes for 10-15 minutes that you have a new message and then stops. It doesn't flash the red light forever.

It's always been that way. Search the Aftermarket Software forum for an app called BBAlerts. It will keep the LED flashing until you check your mail.
