Default Is My Number on the Tour changeable manually

Do I have to enter the MSL code and change the Mobile Directory Number manually everytime everytime "My Number" needs to be change say for example If I sell the Tour or does the My Number change everytime the a different sim card is being used?

The PIN number will stay with the phone. That can't be changed. Your other numbers would go with you.

I am referring to my 10 digit cell phone number which is My Number that appears on top of the screen when the green call on the left is pressed. When a new sim card is used, I guess that number can be changed manually by entering the MSL code and changing the Mobile Directory Number manually.

Yes any other number (phone number) can be changed manually through the carrier

Enter the MSL code, for Sprint, I think is 6 Zeros, therefore, enter ##000000 then change the Mobile Directory Number which is the first line to your 10 digit cell fone # then on menu, press close and the fone will reboot and when your fone is up, the new number will appear on My Number after you press the green call button.

This has been explained to you in other threads already.
You should CALL SPRINT, and pray.

Thank you (Penquin3107) and all others who helped me out. I called Sprint twice and finally on the 3rd time a nice lady gave me the MSL Code. Once she did, I entered it and changed my phone number. Worked perfectly, now the activation required is gone.

The only other question I have is, my web broswer does not work, can you help with that?

Pull the battery out for 1 minute and put it back again. See what happens.
